Breakfast was very good but a couple of items we ordered were wrong, ordered no beans and got beans, ordered multigrain bread and got white

The Wellington Inn is set on the edge of Darcy and in a beautiful part of North Yorkshire. Everyone of the team at the Wellington is friendly and always on hand to help the guests. The food is very good and the bar has a good number of friendly locals in it on an early evening. The rooms are well looked after, clean, and tastefully presented. The room rate includes an excellent choice of cold and cooked breakfast choices and you will struggle to get better value for money.

This place is great. However the bed we had was definitely a small double and the mattress was too hard for us. However the Wellington offers bigger rooms and I think the problem would have been remedied if we had just booked one of these instead.

The beautiful scenery. The staff were lovely.
