"Handy location"

Friendly host to welcome us and show us how things worked. Handy location. Breakfast was good (but more than one yogurt choice would have helped me).

Steep stairs to climb with luggage, Very cold bathroom with a shower raised on a fairly high platform. Bed hard

"Nice location, in centre of village but chaotic."

The hotel has been recently taken over by new owners who really haven't got to grips with running a hotel yet. The place doubles as an extension of a local antiques dealer who puts his goods in the public areas for use and I assume sale(as they all had price tickets on). The member of staff who served us breakfast was helpful and friendly. Our room was newly decorated and clean.

It's meant to be a hotel not a second hand furniture shop, very chaotic. I would be surprised if it survives unless they make some radical changes.

"Everything great... accept..."

Everything was fantastic, Diane is lovely and seems happy to help with anything. The breakfast is lovely and I've never had my bacon look like a dinosaur. Location is great as you are not to far from town, but far enough to having a quiet night sleep.

The only thing myself and my girlfriend didn't enjoyed was the bed. A little uncomfortable and the bed is a small double. You be sleeping on the edge...
