"Wonderful experience"

I traveled with my 6 year old twins and the staff was so amazing!!! Very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here. Very nice and clean. The view is beautiful and will return to the Hyatt House in the future.

"Good and bad but great experience overall"

It was an overall good experience being on the boardwalk. The room was really big and spacious and clean. we never had room service, though. what happened The only issues I had was the pool area could've been cleaned. A little bit. More people were bringing food and drink in the area. There was hair and Band-Aids around the area of the pool I think they need to clean that more. Also because of the dogs there was a lot of dog pee in the elevators that they tried to clean but in the lobby I think they need to have someone permanently there just cleaning because it is a pet friendly hotel.

"Super Large Room!"

My double queen, ocean view room was huge! The patio is large enough to fit at least 3 full sized adults and includes 2 chairs and a small table. This room met all of my needs and the bathroom contains an actual tub which was perfect for my toddler. I’d recommend this place 100x over, perfect for couples or families! I plan to book this place at least 2 more times this summer.

This is an exceptional Hyatt property. The staff members are all very accommodating and pleasant. The oceanfront views are awesome! Be sure to say "Hi" to Robert the doorman. All this, and free breakfast!!
