Hyatt House Virginia Beach / Oceanfront

Wonderful staff and exceptionally clean! We had a blast and already booking out next stay. Highly recommend for families with children. Also LOVE that this place is dog friendly!

We came to VA beach, not really knowing much about the area. We were most attracted to the HYATT simply because of the beachfront setting. We got a lot more than we could have asked for. To get a better idea of our feeling for the Hotel, we booked another stay DURING our stay. To begin, we were upgraded as globalists to a beautiful suite on the 14th floor. The bedroom was immaculate and the bathroom was spacious. Our living room and kitchen faced the city side and the view was also fantastic. As for the ocean view, it was breathtaking. We really enjoyed waking up to hear the ocean waves. The the hotel was well in great shape and the staff was probably the largest part of the excellent experience. The front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful for whatever need we had. We did not fully avail ourselves of the breakfast since the hotel was perfectly situated on Atlantic avenue, giving us numerous choices. The workout facilities were well equipped and all the equipment was in great order. Parking was across the street and the self park option was easy to use, and complimentary for globalists. I give high praise to the entire front desk crew, Omia, Michael, Kateryna and Enrique were super helpful in our check in and check out process. I even had the pleasure to meet with Vin, the General Manager; everyone made us feel welcome. As said earlier, we will be returning in the fall for certain.

Clean and beds were comfortable

Room service q 3 days and didn't even replenish Coffee and tea packs. Sitting area crowded in to Microwave area.

Thought the variety at breakfast was a little lacking. Dinner was very good.

I was surprised we had to pay for parking.

The room was lovely! The view was perfect!

The dishwasher did not work but other than that it was great!
