"Pésima, no vale lo que cobran, vayan a otro lado"

La ubicación

El hotel está abandonado, sucio y descuidado. Las alfombras viejas y manchadas. La TV no funcionó ninguno de los dos días a pesar de mis diversos mensajes a la conserjería. Al parecer el control remoto no era de la TV de la habitación. Sacaron los teléfonos de la habitación por lo tanto solo se puede comunicar con el lobby via wasup. Al hacer check out no había nadie en la recepción, solo un letrero que tenía un número que por su puesto nadie contesta. Un perro de la calle había entrado al hotel y estaba en su mejor siesta en los sillones del lobby. Una situación realmente mal. Muy mala atención y hotel abandonado. No entiendo como promocionan el hotel como algo de primera categoría que solo fue real en otra mejor vida. Lo único que se salva es El restaurant Barqueria, ya que fue una experiencia grata con una buena cocina y atención de su gente.

Me gusta la ubicación y lo espacioso el dormitorio

Las almohadas viejas, baño tapado, había que sacar el tapón y un poco oxidado el baño espejo y artefactos antiguos. Desayunó desordenado, nadie atendiendo. No le gustó

sobre el desayuno creo tenían mucha demanda, faltaban productos, utensilios incluso tuve que armar la mesa para poder tomar desayuno. saunas tanto femenino y masculino con fallas, funcionamiento al 50% al llegar piscina con productos químicos espera una hora para el uso, la hidro lateral con cables expuestos, super riesgoso Las tarjetas para el acenso y acceso a la habitación no operaban . check in con retraso, habitaciones sin preparar. Pagar casi 200.000 por una noche en una suite, en que el hotel en general presenta tantas falencias no es agradable

La ubicación del hotel

La atención del personal, era mi primera vez que reservaba en enjoy, y no se me dio la información necesaria, donde tomar desayuno, como es la liberación del estacionamiento, etc. Solo se preocuparon de que se llene una hija y de entregar las tarjetas para entrar al departamento qué eso está bien. Pero no brindaron ninguna información mas al ser mi primera vez en el hotel. Creo que es algo que se debería de mejorar
