Travelled with two teenage grand daughters and the separate sleeping areas and own bathrooms were great. Clean and tidy and very accessible.

The staff were so friendly. There was not absolute perfect but with the price you pay you will get the best service. I will recommend it to everybody especially if you are going with family and kids.

Clean, quiet and modern. Close to beach. Had secure underground parking and our room had a private balcony with sea views.

Large apartment. Unfortunately it smelt like smoke and blankets did not appear to be clean.

The room was great just distant from most things we didn't have car and had to taxi places, but that was our issue. Apt was great for five of us.

This is a good choice for 4 people. The roll away proved for our fifth person was suitable for a child, but not for an adult. Would have appreciated a point in the direction of closest food source instead of paying for taxi to downtown. But good place plenty of room, washer dryer, nice porch to eat on.

It was a convenient apartment with all modern facilities but living room's lounge was too old to sit on so were the cushions. The cleanliness was ok but heaps of cockroaches came out at night so we were too afraid to switch off the lights at night. We also saw one lizard (First time ever in Australia) roaming around in the outdoor balcony. It was a cheap accomodation but not too bad but could have been better if pest control was done in a timely manner.

We arrived early and were allowed in straight away. Lovely friendly staff Only 1 grief was that the ensuing shower leaked water into the bedroom and on the bathroom floor. Kids loved both the pools and space.

In such a hot and humid weather, the air con is not working well and we had to rely on the fan all night. The stove cook is not working either, however compared to the air con, this is minor. Large rooms with two showers and two toilets, good for family.
