The welcome from the young man at reception and his explanation of facilities as well as places to eat and drink was extremely helpful. Location was really good for all amenities.

Fresh milk for the coffee was a nice touch!

Disappointed with the room allocation, which was not what reserved! The property had plenty of time (months) to advise us the bathroom while there is parking outside the room we were allocated a handicap room accordingly we could not park there and had to use the street

We checked in early and it wasn't a problem, we were very welcome. Option for serviced or not. We decided not and asked for clean towels etc instead of servicing. Location great. Kitchenette perfect for our needs
