Great friendly staff. Very clean tidy room. Positioned in a great location nearby restaurants/ shops in Dickson and a short drive to Canberra centre.

Everything I could want and need for my stay. Studio unit came with a full size fridge, stove top, microwave, drawer dishwasher, full size washing machine and dryer. The tv was big and the couches were comfortable. The bed was super comfy and there was plenty of clothes storage. Parking are was secure and most spaces are undercover. Light rail is 5 minutes walk around the corner and you are only 2 stops from the city centre.

The man at reception forgot to tell me how to turn the power on (push you room key into the slot)!

I was surprised to find the disabled bathroom, normally it'd be fine but it had a few issues. First of all there were no shelves or any surface area to put the toiletries. Then the shower curtain was too short, so the entire bathroom floor got wet if you take a shower. To make matters worse, there was a water leak under the carpet that grew bigger over the two days I stayed. The technician promised to fix it, but he never did. Since we were checking out the next day, we couldn’t be bothered to ask again. If it doesn’t dry soon, it might get mouldy and musky. There were no fly screens so we could not really open the sliding doors because there were many bugs and moths. The apartment also lack of proper house-keeping. For example, there were only one dishwashing tablet. The toaster was chucked under the sink behind the garbage bin... Overall just felt like it struggles to maintain basic service standards.

The apartment was clean, and the staff and environment were friendly.

I stayed again at these apartments, they are neat and tidy with good facilities and close to Ainslie football club for easy meals.
