Welcome and service on arrival was excellent. The location and view from the room was very good.

The shower floor is very slippery and dangerous, it needs a shower mat. It also needs to be better lit. The guest laundry drier did not heat up.

The location was great and the staff were super accommodating and friendly 10/10

When I booked it said we had a beach view but we were put in a downstairs room with no view. The hotel didn’t seem very busy either so feel if they’d given us a good room with view we’d go back. I thought the rooms were a bit dated for the price. There wasn’t enough towels and bathmats in the room although staff brought more when I asked. The shower just left a lot of water everywhere.
