ibis Laval Le Relais d'Armor

The hotel is located far from city and the look can make you make you half turn and go back. You catch the motorway A81 in less than 5 mins. However when you enter the hotel, talk to the staff, get into your room, toilet and order for dinner then you do appreciate your choice of coming here. The staff are nice service oriented and without any manners. I was given room on the zero floor which was fine. Bed was good, space was 3 star normal size and staff was great by putting a bed for our kid before we arrive. Breakfast was really nice with fresh breads and jam in an eatable bucket, very good sustainable initiative. What I liked less was the noise that enters the room, seems to be a general problem of hotels. Everything that happens near the entrance you hear it clearly and we were awaken by people talking in the corridor and walking with High heels upstairs. Apart from this stay was good.

Hôtel ibis conforme aux standards de la chaine. Un plus pour la restauration et la gentillesse du personnel. RAS tout était parfait malgré les contraintes liées a la situation actuelle

Hôtel agréable, personnel au top. Hôtel très bruyant, problème de sonorité, on entend facilement ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines.

Service correct au restaurant le soir mais impossible de pouvoir commander un café tout le monde avait disparu.Un rideau occultant sur 2 cassé dans la chambre, bonne prestation par ailleurs

Our selection of this hotel on the way "home", Vendee, proved more than adequate. Checking in was done very efficiently & friendly Room was very comfortable and clearly well serviced and clean as was the bathroom. Located convenient for both the ring road and city center. We did not dine in, but the menu selections looked good, if perhaps somewhat pricey. Breakfast was buffet style with a good choice of items. Would highly recommend.
