L’attente à l’accueil, la personne a la réception n’a même pas eu un regard pour nous, elle finissait sa tâche sur l’ordinateur mais pas un regard pour nous, pas une excuse le temps qu’on patiente (plus de 20 minutes à 23h alors qu’on était fatiguées) Ascenseur en panne

We booked this hotel as we arrived in Orly to late at night to get to final destination. The hotel itself was fine,room tiny but very comfortable bed. Everything would have been fine except for the sting in the tail of recieving of our credit card being charged an additional fifty euros with no reason given, tried calling the hotel without success so finally emailed the accor customer service team to investigate. The Ibis told them it was an additional cleaning charge as we were "smoking"in the room. Neither are smokers, it took nearly a month to finally be refunded and thanks to the accor group for the intervention. We consider this a scam to be honest and would advise people to be very wary of this Ibis.

La chambre était propre

Il nous a été signalé qu'à notre arrivée que l'ascenseur était en panne. Nous avions un bébé avec une poussette et de gros bagages. On nous a donc proposé une chambre au 1er étage et un membre du personnel nous a aidé à porter les bagages. Nous avons écourté notre séjour du fait de ces désagréments. Avec tous les allers-retours pour récupérer les bagages dans la chambre, s'occuper du bébé etc... nous avons oublié quelques effets, nous avons rappelé l'hôtel 10 min après l'avoir quitté et qu'une partie des effets ont été retrouvés.

The breakfast was nice.

The lift didn’t work due to refurbishment and the hotel had not notified us of this. We had to climb to 5th floor with baggage. This was the main negative.
