"Fully upset with staff"

Charge amount collected first time 730/- and second time also collected 400 + 300 cash with me, says single rooms not yet available in our hotel, feel very from hotel reception counter

Staff not yet feel any resposiblty, no calling bell or phone in room for call rom service
