"Bad experience"

Worst experience, the room we got was so bad, I didn't expect a 5 star hotel having such rooms, the sofa cum bed is broken, we had to ask them to get other one, the bathroom has a bath tub but the bath tub is so dirty that you don't want to step in it, stains every where , floor tiles are broken , n the room feels so suffocating, fan not working properly, we called the mantaice people still the same, had really high hopes with this place but bad experience
