We came in the middle of fuel crisis, which forced Fariyas to restrict menu,.But Service, facilities and innovative menu compensated for it. We love Fariyas particularly me Grandson Arshia and front office staff was amazing

When you see a resort advertise a “temperature-controlled swimming pool,” you naturally assume the water will be comfortably warm — at least 5–10 degrees above the ambient temperature. That’s what most people would expect. However, at Fariyas Resort, “temperature-controlled” appears to mean maintaining the pool water at the same temperature as the surrounding air. So if you visit during the monsoon or winter and the temperature drops to a chilly 21°C, the “temperature-controlled” pool ensures the water is… also 21°C 🥶☹️ . Not quite the warm, relaxing swim one might have in mind. Now, when we ignore the pseudo heated Pool ,.. Fariyas Resort and its staff are awesome. We recently stayed 2 days at Fariyas Resort, Lonavala and had a wonderful experience. A special thanks to the amazing staff for making the celebration truly special. The waterpark, engaging family activities, and spacious rooms with great views made it a perfect family staycation near Mumbai. Highly recommended for those who are not there for a "Heated swimming Pool"

We recently spent 3 days at Fariyas Resort Lonavala for a special staycation to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience for our entire family . A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Karishma, the Guest Relations Manager, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. She personally ensured that everything was perfectly arranged and went above and beyond to make the birthday celebration special and comfortable for us. The property offers a fantastic mix of relaxation and entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed the waterpark, especially the hot pool, which was a big hit with both adults and kids. What really stood out was the effort the resort puts into daily engagement activities — there was never a dull moment! The planned activities included multiple kids’ events, a fun family scavenger hunt, karaoke sessions, and engaging family entertainment programs, all of which created a lively and inclusive atmosphere. Both our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered beautiful waterpark views, adding to the overall holiday vibe. The combination of great hospitality, well-maintained facilities, and thoughtfully curated activities makes this resort ideal for families looking for a relaxed yet fun getaway near Mumbai. Overall, it was a wonderful celebration and a refreshing family break. Highly recommended for anyone planning a family staycation in Lonavala!

Room was neat and tidy. Food was delicious. Staff was courteous and helpful. Overall nice atmosphere to be in.

The water park was good. Breakfast spread was good.

The bathrooms would help with some deep cleaning. The lifts need constant drying as many people use it after swimming. The sofa cum bed was not comfortable if used by a third person.
