Sevice of the hotel was nice..Hotel is very good. My stay was very comfortable in the hotel. Service is so good.. and staff are very good. From last years i came to hotel vip international....This is a good budget hotel. Good food. Good location. Self service. Courteous staff.They arrange transfer to and from the airport. They also arrange taxis for local tour. Tea & coffee in room. Very good spa and bar is there...thanks

service was very nice. Very comfortable stay in the hotel......The rooms are good! The service is nice. All facilities needed are provided here! A nice hotel to visit again for future arrivals in kolkata! Very close to restaurants, cafes, shopping centres! Overall a wonderful experience.

Service of The hotel was very good.... hotel is in the centre, with nice room style and at reasonable price. In real life it was much better than I even expect. The room was very nice. And also breakfast was too good. Highly recommend for this hotel loved the ambience and behaviour of staff....I like to visit again.....

"Well located badly kept but we'll behaved employee"

Dirty is the word that describes, room conditions. Floor and bathroom need renovation badly. Bed is nothing like comfortable. Hard foam bed from seventies or eighties may be nineties but has lived it's life. Hotel staff is good though, also location. This hotel need renovation badly.
