Het personeel was vriendelijk.

De kamer was eigenlijk gewoon niet schoon, in slechte staat (de deur van de badkamer was bijv gewoon verrot) en het hele hotel was eigenlijk gewoon smoezelig. Wij waren voor het eerst in India, en hadden graag wat hulp gehad met de taxi om naar het hotel te komen. Communicatie was erg lastig, en we moesten het eigenlijk maar gewoon zelf uitzoeken. Ook toen we duidelijk werden opgelicht en de taxi chauffeur schreeuwend in de lobby stond werd niets gedaan. We wilden daarnaast graag eerder inchecken. Wij hadden dit vooraf gevraagd maar bij aankomst bleek dit toch niet mogelijk. We zijn nu langer in India en hebben gemerkt dat het echt niet zo hoeft te zijn.

Bathroom of one of our rooms had bad odor, rooms not very clean, pillows should be replaced/washed, tired furniture Hotel building overall tired and cleanliness needs improvement / renovation- pictures and ratings suggest higher cleanliness Initially offered airport transfer in sedan for 2600 was later refused and only offered with SUV vehicle for 4500 (more than twice the Uber rate for SUV vehicle!), difficult communication with hotel (no answers on booking.com messages, had to call).

Personalmente é il migliore Hotel dove siamo stati quest'anno. Il personale è professionale e gentilissimo, finalmente stanze profumate e lenzuola pulite, doccia chiusa perfetta, ma soprattutto tante piccole attenzioni da hotel di lusso. Tre ristoranti disponibili di cui uno vegetariano, non vegetariano, caffettiera. Piscina disponibile e curata, al mattino c'eravamo solo noi, ci sentivamo davvero in vacanza! Tutti i servizi disponibili e ben svolti: abbiamo anche usato il Landry service e con qualche euro abbiamo ricevuto tutto pulito e profumato in 24 ore. Reception super efficiente, ci siamo fermati un giorno in più perché stavamo troppo bene!

Stay at Mamalla Heritage is absolutely out of the world. I had an amazing experience staying with them. The amenities provided, service by staff with coordination & calm, and hotel at a prime location was worth the price. It is near the bus stand and just 5 minutes walking to Krishna's butter ball. Hotel is on a local street but the on the inside its a luxurious experience. The chef went out his way to prepare packed lunch for us, which we was appreciated. Not only did i fancy the prompt room-service but the highlight of my stay was the swimming pool with the best view. I had a wonderful experience staying at the Mamalla Heritage and highly recommend a stay here when in Mahabalipuram

Absolutely No Complaints

The staff were helpful, the room was nice, and we had the pool to ourselves. Their Japanese restaurant did good food too.
