Kaleb Hotel

Nice hotel in a great location next to shopping, restaurants, and many transportation options. Its a great value for what you pay. The gym is satisfactory and hoyel staff are very kind and accomodating.

Kaleb hotel has great staff, amazing free breakfast and a free of charge Gym, Steam and Sauna.I really enjoyed it.

Its good for the price, Location is nice , Its ok , u can have acceptable room for fair price I dont think there is major thing run bad Breakfast is limited but OK for the price Bed is good , room service is sustainable Some time ELECTRICTY goes off they have no generator i think ,

The hotel is listed as 3*, so you should not expect a 5* facility. But if your goal is a really clean and functional room with everything working and even more importantly, great hotel staff- friendly and efficient- and a place that quickly becomes home, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE IN ADDIS ABABA! I have stayed at 2 other hotels, one 4* and the other 5* and the Kaleb was half the price and every bit as nice. (Plus an ideal tourist location!)

Hotel is in the city center ...close to everything. O booked executive room. The receptionist gave me a standard room. When I told her the room i booked was excutive room, she doesn't bother changing the room. Breakfast is good. The bed is not comfortable.

Overall a good hotel with excellent service. But Internet is almost absent!!!

Positive: The site is ideal, as the hotel is in the middle of the central area of Bole. Overall, the service was great. Food was good, although the choices were limited, there was extra care in making sure you get what is available. The staff, including the cleaning staff, security & shuttle service staff, were very accomodating and friendly. I think the flexible staff are the best assets of this hotel. I certainly will stay there again, if and when I get a chance Nees Improvement: The breakfast area requires more organization such as clean table clothes, at least one regular person to address customer need etc. The last day of our stay, we had to wait for almost 15 minutes to get coffee because there was not anyone in the room except the breakfast cook. Although I am not sure if it is a hotel issue or a general Internet service provider issue, the Internet in the rooms of upper floors is as good as non-exitent. Dont count on checking-in in your own room.
