Les draps de lits sont pas propre et j'ai trouvé sur un de lit des insectes Mauvais odeurs sur les moquettes Le chauffage ne fonction pas au top

"Décevant : une chef de service honteuse "

Très déçue par le service : nous avions réservé et payé par le site, et arrivés sur place notre réservation n’apparaissait pas. Nous avions montré le mail confirmant la réservation et le règlement mais là chef de service n’a rien voulu savoir ! Elle se fichait de savoir que nous allions dormir dans notre voiture ou ailleurs ! Hallucinant ce comportement pour une chef d’état service dans un hôtel, aucun sens du service ! Nous sommes restés 1h sans qu’elle trouve de solution ! C’est nous qui avons demander à repayer une chambre sur place ! Honteuse !! Heureusement, j’ai fait la démarche de réclamation sur hôtels.com et service super rapide et efficace : ils ont contacté l’hôtel et nous ont remboursé. Très déçue de l’hôtel Ibis à Créteil, d’autant plus que ce n’était pas la première fois que nous venions, nous étions dans leur base !

Hôtel daté, très bruyant, chambres mal isolées qui plus est quand vous avez une pote communicante avec la chambre d'à coté (vous entendez votre voisin ronfler si ce n'est plus). Literie de mauvaise qualité qui mériterait un rafraîchissement, personnel d'accueil débordé pour deux clients en étant trois derrière le comptoir (bien que souriants et agréables)

"Génial mais un peu bruyant"

Séjour agréable. Literie de qualité, belle chambre. super service : on nous a changé de chambre sans problème afin de disposer d'une baignoire pour notre enfant. Buffet petit-déjeuner bien garni et plein de diversité. Petit-bémol il faisait chaud donc nous avons ouvert la fenêtre une partie de la nuit mais ce secteur est très bruyant... Fenêtre fermée c'était mieux.
