"Staff lovely but disappointed"

Our shower water was black. Staff were nice but extremely disappointed as I couldn't brush my teeth or shower. Only to use the leisure centre. They gave us free breakfast but it just wasn't good enough . They offered a new room but apparently the water was so bad in every room. It is a lovely hotel apart from that.

Breakfast was good. Dinner was nice. Room was clean. Ample parking space. The staff were very nice and helpful.

There was a lot of noise from others rooms around us. Hotel staff should ask if a guest is staying for a function and if not give them the upper rooms away from the noise of drunks and families coming to their room after function ends.

Pool was great.. one of best gym in hotels.. Food was delicious!

Rooms directly above party sala.. Had to request new room with all the noise, but they had no problems giving it to us
