Villas Sacbe Condo Hotel and Beach Club

I like everything and recommend this property.

Very good condition, clean and neat. The room had all we needed and more. Poor communication. Before leaving, Early (8:00am) on Tuesday we requested to clean the room, using the signs provided; at our arrival 12:30 PM we realized that the requested service wasn't provided. At the end the room was cleaned, close to 4PM! Same day a problem with the jet system in the whirlpool. Administration personal did not had idea that the Condo had jet system and they couldn't solve the issue. When my husband saw the person who looks after the pool and fountain the guy was able to solve the issue in no time, to him a big thank you. I talked with an administrator and pointed out the stain in the toilet, they took pictures and the stain remained. At hour arrival we were not told that we could have access to board games, chairs, umbrellas and bikes. We find out by coincidence.

The location was good and easy to get around the main parts of playa

The pool was lacking. Was just for dipping in. Did not utilize it.

Great location in Downtown Playa del Carmen, next to 5ta Avenida and all the amenities. The condo was big with all the required comforts, including two big TVs and all the kitchen appliances.

The noise from the clubs on 12th Street was a bit loud, especially on the weekends. The insulation is quite good but you could still hear it until 2 am!

Condos are big, nice kitchen area, good location. I do recommend it.

It is centralized, easy access to beach and to Quinta ave . Comfortable layout . Enjoyed the staff . Clean .

The music 22/24 hours 7 days a week. You can’t enjoy the outdoors quietly . Pool is cold , jet area of pool ( hot tub type is also cold) showers were tepid when lucky mostly cold . There is no «  beach club » the beach is gone completely eroded away . Only thing there is crazy expensive drinks .
