Villas Sacbe Condo Hotel and Beach Club

The property is so close to 3 night clubs that you hear noise all night long! It's very loud!! There is a kitchenette, but really no place to eat. No couch, no kitchen stools. There was 2 of us but we were only allowed 1 chair to sit on outside, coffee maker but no coffee pot. I would have spent a little more to go to a much nicer place.

This is such a great location to base your time in Playa out of. Yea, there are a couple clubs down the street so if your are sensitive to bass then it might not be for you. Then again most of Playa might not be for you. This is a bustling downtown location. But honestly we didn’t have any issues with noise. It’s noticeable yes but you can sleep just fine. Otherwise great location for restaurants, laundry and all the downtown attractions you’d want to visit. Walking distance to basically everything, even Walmart!

I loved this property! I definitely got more than I expected. Super roomy, clean and well guarded. Also, super close to the party area, if that’s what you’re looking for. My family loved it and we would definitely consider staying here again!

Really an amazing stay. The condos are in a perfect location and are very well-maintained. Not as a complaint, but more as a notation, I have the following comments. The bed was a bit hard but you could consider this a personal preference. The condo was very nicely decorated, and although charming, the couch was next to useless. I was hoping to have a freezer but the refrigerator was just the very small bar type. There was not nearly enough light in the bathroom but a nice make up mirror is provided in the bedroom. The stove needs to be lit and I didn’t find anything to do it with, but luckily I had a lighter. Also, there’s really no place to eat, no table provided. The inside of the condo was very quiet and relaxing and I would gladly and happily stay there again.

Everything was fine forme. Very clean and beautiful place. I was warned after my booking was completed that it will get loud there due to the near night clubs. I accepted that. But I was still suprised how loud it really was. Sometimes the windows started to vibrate. Not a big problem for me but maybe for others.

I must 1st say that I loved this place and was blown away by the customer service !!!! As we were driving to the airport to depart I realized I left over $300 in the Villa, I called the property and the woman (who was very kind throughout our visit and worked in the office during the day) went to the room and found the envelope with money and had it ready for us when our driver took us back to get it and she actually brought the money to the car when we arrived. We stayed in Unit 101, the property was beautiful and small, we enjoyed being so close to 5th street and walked twice daily to the pier between playa and playacar. We walked to and from Walmart twice during our stay to get food and drinks, it was about a 10 minute walk. We made and ate breakfast and lunch in the Villa. At night we walked to Porto Playa and enjoying the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. We saw the largest wedding ever on the beach in Playa del Carmen on Valentine's Day the town hosts it for the residents and their families. It was beautiful. We have been visiting Mexico for over 13 years and by far this was our best vacation, we are looking forward to returning this summer. The size of the room was good. It was clean. Everything in the villa worked

It was a beautiful villa not by the beach. Beautiful furniture, but it lacked a comfortable sofa and a table to eat. The staff was very polite and willing to help at all times. I am Mexican and speak English, but I wonder why when you are in Playa del Carmen, México the clerks have to use words such as "check in", "on hold" and "check out." Do all Mexicans need to speak English to travel to Playa del Carmen, Mexico? My family does not speak English and specially if we are traveling within our own country!!!
