"Great location & lovely hotel in general but desperately needs beds & bathrooms upgraded"

Location is great especially for bars & restaurants and getting in to Newcastle centre if needed. Views are gorgeous also.

The bed was absolutely horrendous. Advertised as a king sized bed (in every room) it was 2 singles pushed together and had obviously been used so much there was a permanent slant on both sides which you couldnt get away from, it was so uncomfortable. Also the shower didnt work in one of the bathrooms.
