I had a pleasant stay. The on-site restaurant was a big plus, and the room was reasonably comfortable—overall a satisfying experience.

However, my room had some dust and the overall cleanliness felt average. For this level of quality, the price was higher than I expected, so the value for money felt relatively low.

We always stay at Lemon Tree when we visit Bangalore. The staff is great, the breakfast is awesome and the location is very convenient. Special call out to Noushin for making our stay great.

Our stay had a few hiccups but I commend management and staff for their responsiveness in dealing with any shortcomings. Pradeep the General Manager of the hotel is extremely welcoming, he recommended dinner at Republic of Noodles and the food was excellent prepared by chef Albert. The front office receptionists on night shift was excellent and she was very attentive and responsive to our needs. Overall a wonderful stay and will stay again at the Lemon Tree Premier Ulsoor.
