When I made the reservation I thought the facility took pets, they didn’t. We had to go to another hotel. I was charged for the room. I thought they canceled the reservation I have not been compensated for the charge I received on the room. I have talked with a representative from booking.com I am waiting on. Refund. I will never use booking.com again.

The front desk staff was delightful! Breakfast was pretty standard but good. The rooms were clean and modern.

The shower needed a tune up as it was slightly leaking. Nothing terrible though.

I'm disabled. Had to smash a bug, Had to walk 80 yards to get ice. I can get a suite for half as much that has a real refrigerator with an ice maker in the room, stove instead. Worst room I've gotten all year so far, and the most expensive.
