The breakfast and pool were amazing along with the room!

The lady at the front desk was very rude and tried to double charge me even tho I had already paid for my room online. Very nasty attitude and looks she was giving. The hotel was nice but I will not be staying here again. Your front staff is very important. It gives the face to the place and that was not a good face by any means. I myself work in customer service and I can tell you that’s NOT good customer service at all. From all the sighing to eye roll to attitude.

The pool was nice but had a bunch of debris in it We were told there was no towels yet there were used towels all over the place by the pool when we woke up the next morning

There were no extra towels i asked to be booked with rooms next to each other that didnt happen and I have small children we had to split the kids between two rooms and keep an adult in each

The location

The lady working front desk wasn’t very friendly… breakfast was cold as soon as it was brought out it had to be heated up in the microwave. It was very hot and stuffy in the back of the property when you walk in to go to your room.
