"Our stay was overshadowed by a serious injury incident involving my father."

The staff was polite and attempted to assist during our stay. The location was convenient and check-in was relatively smooth.

Unfortunately, my father suffered a fall on the property that resulted in a fractured hand requiring medical treatment. The incident created significant stress for our family and raised concerns regarding safety conditions on the premises.
