Microtel Inn and Suites San Angelo

Room was OK. Small refrigerator but NO freezing compartment so our food spoiled. No closet, no drawers, just hangers so I guess it would be hard to leave anything behind. Good view of the freeway.

Rude "TIP ME" signs everywhere. Made staff seem like beggars around city gates in the Bible. But NO ONE was working the breakfast area and NO One was at the front desk when we departed.

I reserved a two bed bedroom with Booking.com and had to stay in a single bed bedroom. So it was not what I reserved.

It’s was nice quiet.

The staff came in the room at 9:45 while we were sleeping.check out wasn’t until 11 , so that was pretty unprofessional of them.

I loved the hotel staff and the lady at night. She was so sweet so nice. I came down there because my daughter was having my very first grandchild and I was so excited. The morning lady was just so sweet and very nice. Also, I loved the designs of the room to me they look retro.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

Location was great near everything

The restroom was way to small, the ac would not cool as much, website pictures are very outdated and the room does not look like the 1 pictured online. The elevator was super slow and super hot inside
