Courtyard by Marriott Edmonton West

Staff on arrival were helpful and courteous and offer a free upgrade. Room was very clean and well equipped. Pillows and mattress gave me an excellent sleep away from home. Unfortunately I was not able to use the rest of the amenities due to limited time.

Our recent experience at the Courtyard Edmonton West was exceptional from start to finish. From the warm welcome and efficient assistance provided by Aya at the front desk to the outstanding service from the sales and banquet teams, every detail was managed with care and precision. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Catering Sales Manager, Pallabi Roy. Having worked with Pallabi for many years, I continue to be impressed by her professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to excellence. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every event is executed seamlessly. Special thanks as well to the banquet team—Anwar, Sharmila, and Dulip—for their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering superior service. Their efforts contributed greatly to the overall success of our event. My staff and I consistently enjoy our stays at this hotel. The rooms are always comfortable and well-appointed, and the room service and dining service experience in the restaurant is exceptional. Whether traveling to Edmonton for business or leisure, Courtyard Edmonton West remains our preferred choice. The entire team at Courtyard Edmonton West exemplifies hospitality and operational excellence. It is always a pleasure to work with such a capable and dependable group of professionals.

First time for us staying at courtyard. Check in was super friendly and easy. Hotel was clean , rooms were spacious , clean with a comfortable bed. We were impressed.

Stayed for two days for a conference. The staff were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. I appreciated being able to decide about room servicing right at check-in. The room itself was great, with enough towels for two days. Heavy curtains cut off light from the parking lot, and there was only a sliver of light pollution from the door. Overall, one of the better rooms I have stayed at when travelling for business.

Enjoyed the hotel, but a bit too strict on outside food and drinks. We had a group space booked, but the front desk didn't know anything about it.

Seem to have booked the wrong date and front desk got it figured out and rescheduled my room for me.

poor customer service at this location. had to request for my room to be cleaned, they mentioned every other day its cleaned, which i was ok with, but 3 days past and my room was not cleaned, had to call and request it. I booked 2 weeks but had to leave one week prior . 2 rooms, I had to pay fully for the 2 weeks when i left one week earlier. SO surprised how this location dealt with the situation. Didn't even get a call from a manager. They had the poor receptionist call me saying thanks for choosing us, but we cannot do anything for you. We can offer you free breakfast...... lol..... In the meantime they filled a room I paid for with other guests making double the amount. Service standards needs to be worked on. definitely not coming back
