Staying at courtyard was amazing, room was cleaned, tv was a smart tv I could connect my Netflix and staffs was very nice ,they really give you a warm welcome.

"Awful customer service"

I had originally booked two nights for 5 rooms for government employees. I had to cancel one of the nights so I called the hotel. The hotel cancelled the wrong night so we were booked for a night we did not need/wouldn’t be in Edmonton. By the time I noticed their error, the Hotel had sold out leaving 10 people without rooms due to the hotel’s error. I have requested to speak to Management numerous times and have been promised a phone call by 10:00. I am still waiting for a phone call and it’s been 4 days. I have called every day. Absolutely poor customer service and management.

Great friendly staff, good breakfast and a nice room. Really enjoyed our stay here. I don’t find the area super handy and the costs are higher on the west side but this was a great hotel and staff which more than made up for the drawbacks…

"Spacious room but terrible pillows"

Good location to West Edmonton Mall and shopping and restaurants. Easy check in with free bottles of water given which was nice. Room was large and clean. AC worked great! Nice bathroom as well. Bed was on the softer side with lots of blankets but the pillows were terrible. They kept going flat throughout the night and woke up with a sore neck. Has a restaurant which we utilized for breakfast. Good service and food. Good value for a one night stay.
