The Location

The front desk service was terrible. We asked for a quiet room. We were given a room right across from the elevator. We asked again for a more quiet room the second room was right by the air condition with a constant noise and facing major noisy street. We complained again. We were promised another room then they apologized it was not available. We complained again, we were promised another room and again they never give us one. The front desk said twice that they were coming to exchange the keys but they never showed up. After 2 hours from 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm I went down to the front desk to talk to then and asked what was happening. I was faced with excuses and lies after lies. I was not happy. This was in the middle of the week. They said that they were booked. I checked online and they had plenty of rooms available for booking. Instead of having a relaxing stay which is the reason for our trip we had to argued for hours without results. We were not able to sleep and messed up our vacation. We were wondering if this is happened because we did not make the reservation directly with the hotel instead we used booking. Com??!!

The room was very stylish and comfortable. Loved the rain showerhead. In fact, I took a picture of the shower because the next time I remodel, I want my shower to look like that. The staff was very welcoming and professional.
