Most of staff great

On day we arrived we went to dinner. When we got back the futon wasn’t made up. We made reservations for 3 people. We were told we should have told them before housekeeping went home. She finally brought us some sheets and pillows but they didn’t know how to open futon. Later a man from next door came and helped us open it up. He was very helpful.

What a lovely property! Great location, decent size rooms that were well appointed with robes and Nespresso makers and such helpful, friendly staff. Really a wonderful hotel. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

Great location, beautiful sexy room. Esp liked the in room soaking tub!

The complimentary breakfast was a bit tired, but complimentary, so no prob.
