Es la primera vez que viajo al Ecuador y quede encantada, un hotel muy lindo, personal muy amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Loved the colonial style and novel rooms.

Ho gustato una colazione deliziosa. La camera era carina e pulita. Il personale è stato molto gentile e mi ha dato alcuni consigli sui ristoranti.

We had a lovely room that was comfortable and clean.

The staff weren’t very friendly. No real welcome, were a bit sullen and not customer oriented The breakfast was a bit of a strange affair with no cold milk for cereals and no toast (but other tables had toast?!) We also had to wait every time we wanted to come inside the hotel from the street, as the staff have to buzz you through the gate. When we came back after a dinner out, we waited about 5 minutes! The front door of the hotel is also permanently open behind the locked gate.
