It was very clean and breakfast was ok

The Front desk charged me to allow friends to come to my room… This is unacceptable

There is nothing good about it. If anyone is thinking of going here, please do not go. It is completely different from the pictures, there is no water, no air conditioning, no towels. Some of the furniture is broken, and it has not been cleaned at all. All the pictures posted by the hotel are fake.

Never book here. I paid for this place and had to find another hotel. It was really bad. Don't be fooled by the pictures, everyone.

I don’t even know where to start. I usually not one to complain or write reviews however I need to say something before someone else makes a reservation. We were only staying for three days but our experience was terrible. Cockroaches in the room, AC not working, food pretty bad and the eating area has no AC and looks extremely filthy. Some workers are nice some are not. We did the city tour under the impression we weren’t leaving the vehicle because it was advertised as a driving tour well that was a lie me and my family couldn’t do part of the tour because it was not child friendly and also not accommodation for folks who have disabilities. My advice don’t come here yes is cheap but I’m sure if you do some research you can find a decent hotel for a decent price instead of this place. This is my honest opinion stay somewhere else away from this place. I am only giving it one star because the only positive thing is that the location is great and very close to the beach.
