Thumb Heritage Inn

It was ok. AC did not work and the bed was hard. For one night wasn't to bad. Needs great upkeeping... Room had a smell of old things or something... maybe almost pet smell.

Crumbs & debris atop a fresh made bed. Whistling water pipes. TV remote wouldn't turn it on or off or volume. Thermostat turned all the way up wouldn't raise temp above 65. Temp also did not go below 64. Light above bed didn't work. I got in late & didn't want the hassle of waiting for all to be made right. I lay on towels and added clothing to stay warm.

Rooms were clean and quiet, adequate for our stay. There's no real decor or extra furniture -- just a kitchen chair instead of a comfy chair, and no desk. But the fridge worked. There was a faint musty or cigarette smell but tolerable. One overhead light kept turning off by itself after 15 mins. Otherwise all was fine. While there's only cereal for breakfast, there's a great diner right across the street.

My room smelled like bug killer my parents had bugs my socks were black by the time we left a spring was stabbing me while I was sleeping the shower had a lovely screech to it the front desk person just seemed like the most miserable human and didn’t want to be there the main office wreaked of cigarettes over all horrible experience where we switched hotels
