Went for the night to have alone time with me and my husband. I had booked a king room was given a double. Then the keys to the room did not work.the curtain would not close all the way. All in all the room was comfortable and once I went to the front desk the room was exchanged for a king after proving that is what I had booked. We had a great time with the closeness of the

Great place to stay on the seawall

I liked that we was across the street of the ocean

1 the door to the room wouldn't open. 2 the cleaning crew didn't change trash 3 had to ask for towels everyday 4 No handicap parking 5 two senior citizens had to park on a street behind the hotel in the dark then walk back to hotel

Great location if you love the beach! Breakfast was coffee and donuts but lunch/dinner options were plenty. No daily maid serrvice but front desk gave us anything we needed. Older property but our room had newer furniture and was clean!

Soooo… the pictures on the website must have been taken when the property was first built because it was pretty run down. However, the location is great. Walking distance to Dolphin World and different eateries. If you want to walk straight across to the beach access, you’d have to jaywalk. The night person who checked us in (lady) was super nice. If you’re looking for budget friendly with no frills but access to all the things, this is a good deal. Breakfast was prepackaged stuff. No hot breakfast.
