"Only place to stay in GI"

Probably the best place to stay in Grand Island, as the town doesn’t have any upscale hotels. Staff was friendly, and the rooms nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good too. Best part of the hotel for us was that Buffalo Wild Wings is in the same parking lot.

"NEVER AGAIN"

Long drive from Arkansas..checked in .no hot water. Ok wait til morning, STILL NO HOT WATER. ok so no shower. Told receptionist. Then called corporate. For the price we paid, I was not satisfied with just telling the clerk. It's now a week later and no one has emailed me or addressed it.

It was a really nice hotel. the beds were harder then I like, but other then that, it was quiet, clean, the pool was nice. Friendly staff.

Everything was just ok. The bed, the food, the bathroom, cleanliness, environment … just ok. The staff was nice thou. We’ve been to places with similar value and star rating, and had a better experience. If I'm in the area, this location won't be my first choice.
