Very helpful staff, good and diverse breakfast, close to the slopes, nice outside pool.

My room was very noisy. It faced the main street, with a club across the street. The windows should be triple glazing with sound-proof curtains. If you have a light sleep, like I do, it’s better to avoid.

It is a very nice hotel, with a wonderful ski spa with a view from 5th floor. Close to the ski lift, there is a ski bus nearby. Very good restaurant Wine and dine at the location, excelent chef and personel.

Breakfast is not for a 5 star hotel. The menu is poor and exactly the same for all week. The service is bad at breakfast, the table was not ready in every morning, you had to ask for everything, for making the table, for sugar, teaspoons, etc . It was too hot in the room and you cannot adjust the temperature, it didn' t work.

manager of wine and dine restaurant ( Jorg ) is completely unfriendly and not trying to find a solution.

Rooms are spacious as well as bathroom. Breakfast is good, offering variety of fresh food. Spa area is nice, but too busy in the afternoon.

Hotel is not really skiing to door facility, which is important when you are traveling with kids. Ski school is advertised as part of hotel offer, however hotel depends on local ski schools that are too busy. It is not mentioned that you need to request from hotel to book you ski school in advance to your stay. Hotel does not have concierge service.

The breakfasts and dinners were sumptuos, rich and tasty. The staff was attentive and friendly and in advance able to know your wishes. Rooms were very comfortable and well equipped.

Maybe I would appreciate coffee machine in rooms. I would also recommend any kind of night light in rooms.
