hecked in May 2026. We had a very pleasant stay overall and were genuinely impressed by several aspects of this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and we received a warm welcome with a clear and friendly explanation about the hotel and its facilities. One thing that immediately stood out was the cleanliness. The hotel and rooms were absolutely spotless and I really mean spotless, even down to the edges, corners, and ledges. Since I have a dust mite allergy, cleanliness is something I pay close attention to, and this hotel exceeded my expectations in that regard. The rooms are also very well insulated. Street and outside noise were barely noticeable thanks to the extra-thick windows, and there was even insulation tape around the door frame, which helped create a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The beds were very good quality box springs and comfortable, although they are on the firmer side. We also made use of the wellness facilities, including the sauna, Turkish steam bath, and relaxation room. The wellness area is relatively small, but still very enjoyable and pleasant to use. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise and far exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and selection. There was a wide range of fresh options including pastries, fish, bread rolls, spreads, honey, milk, yogurt, tea, coffee, fruit, and more. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The location is somewhat remote, but very easy to reach by car. There are also activities available nearby, such as kayaking and electric bike rentals. Parking availability seems to vary; we had the impression that we were fortunate to find a parking spot without difficulty.

Forgot to mention to the owner while leaving the hotel. - A few small remarks: the breakfast itself was very good, but at €20 per person we found it somewhat expensive. We usually expect to pay around €10–15 per person for breakfast. - The Turkish steam bath had a noticeable odor, which slightly affected the experience. - In addition, the music in the sauna and wellness area was much too loud for our preference. We would have preferred either no music at all or a much lower volume to create a calmer and more relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay with excellent cleanliness, friendly service, comfortable rooms, and a surprisingly good breakfast. With just a few minor improvements, the experience could be even better.

Dit hotel is fantastisch!! Het personeel was super vriendelijk, de kamer was brandschoon, het ontbijt zeer uitgebreid, en zeer goede parkeergelegenheid. s'Avonds is er ook een gezellige bar aanwezig, waar de uitbaters een eigen gebrouwen biertje serveren. Heel leuk om te proeven. Er zit een restaurant in, dat niet gek duur is. Het is een familie bedrijf waar hun hart en ziel in zit. Ja, voor ons was het top hier....
