Een aantal schakelaars op de kamer werkte niet, en dat wisten ze. Geef dan een andere kamer, het hotel was onderbezet, dus kamers genoeg.

Manque de finitions dans la chambre : parquet manquant près de plinthes, prise électrique déboitée, rideau à la douche, eclairage extérieur à la douche, evier abimé. La chambre ne correspond pas du tout au statut repris par l'hotel. Rapport qualité prix à déconseiller

dejeuner, chambre piscine sauna localisation pas de bruit dans les chambres

il manquait de la crème hydratante pour le corps dans la salle de bain, du savon bain douche pour se laver dans la baignoire sans devoir le lever de la baignoire glissante pour attraper celui qui pend au mur , une douche non intégrée à la baignoire et des pyjamas de bain pour se rendre à la piscine ,j'ai regretté le fait qu'il n'y avait plus de restaurant pour le midi et le soir dans l'hôtel car avant il y en avait un qui était délicieux

Sauna hammam en panne ! On nous a proposé d’aller au spa de l’hôtel voisin c’est très bien sauf que c’est seulemt’ une fois notre séance finit habillé séché que je réclame à l’accueil et que j’ai l’info donc problème de com
