"Piękny obiekt z konkurencyjnymi cenami wobec innych pałaców w okolicy"

Pałac pięknie położony z widokiem na Śnieżkę. Pokoje czyste i wygodne urządzone meblami w stylu dwudziestolecia międzywojennego. Pomimo że to zabytek to jest udogodnienie dla ludzi nie mogących chodzić po schodach w postaci windy. Wnętrza pałacu piękne odnowione. Personel hotelu miły i pomocny.

Przemiły i bardzo pomocny personel. Chapeau bas przed pracownikami recepcji, którzy bardzo nam pomogli w podbramkowej sytuacji. Przytulne i zabytkowe wnętrza idealne na romantyczny wyjazd.

Nieco ubogie choć poprawne menu w restauracji.
