Acapulco Hotel

It was OK for one night. No parking at hotel but found parking on the street. Some steep steps to get luggage to lobby.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was superb. We enjoyed our weekend.

The staff were excellent, nothing too much trouble and very polite. would definitely return for this reason alone, if anything. room welcome was lovely too, the towel swan was an amazing touch the food was really nice and sooo many options - I'm sad I missed it one morning, everything was tasty and fresh

the room was a bit outdated, furniture needs a bit more love, however it was comfortable there was a constant noise at times, that was coming from outside the room (part of the hotel), sometimes you could hear it more, sometimes less.

Very friendly, modern, clean, lovely breakfast, welcoming, facilities very good, good position in town happy staff loved the towel swans nice touch happily recommend and would happily come back and the balcony was spacious great to have and sit outside when wished.

The beds spacious but a little low in height everything else great

* check-in to check-out is 24 hours (from noon to noon next day). * upon entry into the room, I found the towels organized under the form of a swan. * breakfast was diverse, Swedish buffet style (self-serving). * elevator has a button called Restaurant, removing ambiguity about where to go. * location is relatively central close to the city center. * slippers, shampoo, shower-gel, napkins and tea/coffee were offered free of charge. * payable minibar is available in the room under the form of a mini-fridge.

* despite paying through Booking in advance, I was asked to pay again at the reception. I can only imagine what would have happened if I didn't know Romanian. * there was dust in the corners of the floor and on the nightstand. This triggered a mild dust allergy on my side. * the mini-fridge is not properly fixed within the containment of the mini-bar enclosure. Based on how "lucky" one is, it might get stuck or be prevented from opening. * clothing washing service was not available.
