L'emplacement, les chambres spacieuses.

L'attente pour le check out. Il y avait un problème avec des clients mais les 2 autres réceptionnistes n'ont pas pris l'initiative de prendre le relais avec les autres clients et nous ont laissé attendre que le litige soit réglé.
