We have been a weekend there. The apartment is new and cute. My son and my daughter really enjoy with the the bunk and the swimming pool. And as for me I have realized that the ceiling is hight ( more than 3 metres) the kitchen has all the facilities and the mattress was confortablle

I would NEVER stay here again. This is an apartment complex located way outside, in the outskirts of Córdoba. It is not convenient at all if you wish to visit the city centre, Mezquita, or go to a restaurant or any stores, etc. It is not even possible to walk anywhere, it is so far away. Taxis charge an extra €5 to come pick you up at the complex. The room/apartment is located in a strange setting where you have to take two elevators and go down 2 hallways. The apartment itself was very cold, the heater only worked in some rooms. The sofa was old and dingy. The towels were worn, dingy and had hair on them. The shower water turned cold after 1 person took a quick shower. There was no hair dryer or iron. Other than the one in the bathroom, there are no mirrors in the apartment. The bedroom lights were very dim. We were told to take out the garbage ourselves! The lock on one of the windows did not work and being on the ground floor we felt unsafe. The hallways were pitch dark and you needed to find the switch in the blackness to turn it on. When we arrived at the complex we were told that we had no reservation, we made it online through Hotels.com. After a bit of research we were told there is a reservation through Expedia. Two out of three of the ladies at the front desk were nice but there was one with dark hair who was not nice at all. I would not recommend this apartment complex at all especially with children and without a car.

Distance from Cordoba Centro but easy by local bus 11 direct for only €1.30 one way. Great value for 1 bed apartment with kitchenette and washing machine. Good continental breakfast included with fresh juices and fantastic coffees, though late start of 9am Outlook from unit onto central courtyard a little bleak and unit dark with security blinds down. Safe car parking behind complex, though street parking also available Comfortable stay.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was easy to catch a local bus to the centre. If you drive, it offers free parking, too. Knowing all that! parking was free, good wifi, all kitchen utensils we needed.

Unangenehm! stark Reglementiert (Verbotsschilder überall), Check in zeitlich sehr eingeschränkt, dunkle lange Zugänge, Luft so stark chemisch belastet das es in Nase und Augen gebissen hat. Erst nach 24 Std. Lüftung erträglich. Kücheneinrichtung mangelhaft, Frühstück Kaffee und O-Saft gut rest schlecht und sehr künstlich, haben uns am 2. Tag Wurst und Käse selbst mitgebracht. Kein Zimmer Service sogar der Müll ist selbst zu entsorgen.

I stayed here in june with my family (3 kids). We all loved the pool and the rooms are clean and big enough. Note this is a big apartment complex so I am guessing in busy times that it could get noisy as I was woken twice from a few people late at night. You can park securely on site, and the staff were friendly. If you want to park on site you need to leave a 50 euro deposit. Its not too far out of the city and I found getting into town easy with sat nav. Also there is an ALDI 5 minutes down the road which was good for supplies

a acomodação é longe do centro histórico em um bairro afastado e o endereço está errado dificultando encontrá-lo mesmo com GPS. O nome é: Calle Porta de Hierro e não Del Hierro. Aconteceu um incidente: Nós estávamos no Ap 301 e houve um incêndio no Ap 304 fazendo com que evacuássemos o Hotel. Embora a polícia e os bombeiros houvessem chegado em um tempo razoável e sem maiores consequências , tivemos que mudar d apartamento por conta da fumaça. Como já havíamos conhecido toda a parte histórica resolvemos seguir viagem no dia seguinte, mesmo pagando uma diária sem utilizar o hotel.
