GBIt is a city hostel well maintained and everything. Nothing good or nothing bad.
This will be very personal, and I understand that rules are applied. Nonetheless, I do believe that in the world you can choose to be kind or not. We booked for 2 nights. Unfortunately our plans have changed and we had to cancel the first night on the day. Obviously a refund was not accepted as was too late, but we could have certainly met half way as after all sheets have not been used, room didn't need to be cleaned and breakfast was not provided. Legally they are obviously on the right. However this is when the kind side is short.
