Tutti molto bello

cercavamo un hotel con SPA e non conoscevamo la zona... Ci siamo trovati benissimo per diversi motivi. Innanzitutto per l'accoglienza...gentilissimo e dispinibile Tutto il personale, anche quello del ristorante (soprattutto la cameriera che salutiamo). Fa piacere vedere giovani cordiali e col sorriso! (Non è sempre così scontato...) Carinissima la SPA e anche la nostra camera... Torneremo sicuramente anche perché ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo al ristorante! Piatti di qualità... My Family and I had a great time in this hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable; the service was wonderful, and the TaTu restaurant is great too. The only regret would be that is located in an industrial park, but it's perfect to access Florence and Pisa.

Perfect. One of my best experiences in Europe. Wonderful staff, very clean, and so much more.

Stay was pleasant. Room was small but comfortable, breakfast very good. Good place for visiting Tuscany by car.

Clean and comfortable room (business standard). Friendly and helpful staff. In the surroundings there is not much around - it's worth to go by car to Vinci - where Leonardo was born or just drive around to admire splendid Tuscan views :)

I would like to start by saying this place was wonderful. The room we received was #101 and it was clean, large and modern. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffets were excellent. To be honest, for the price you pay and for the room and service you receive I would rate this place as a 4 star, not a 3 star. If I were to have one complaint and it really is not a complaint as much more of a warning, you are a little distance from Florence and Pisa. It takes about an hour either way to get there, but if you have a car and are looking for a beautiful drive through the country side you won't mind the distance.
