clean hotel rooms and good loction

Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the attitude some of the staff. At a five star hotel I was surprised to see the breakfast ends strictly at 10:00 AM, and the food stations are closed immediately without any warning or courtesy notice to the guests.Normally, in a hotel of this standard, staff politely inform guests that breakfast will be ending soon and they ask if they would like to get anything before the buffet closes.Also if you’d like to have an omelet made, you need to wait quite a long time ,as there are only two old and slow electric cooktops available.In addition,the sunbeds on the beach were poorly maintained, which was quite disappointing for a hotel of this category…

The pool is great. the room was really big. The breakfast was nice, but they can cook the eggs (scrambled or fried) better and definitely they need a 3rd coffee machine.

The elevators are slow :) They should be modernized and should be faster.

Excellent sea side resort hotel, not cheap but great location close to central Burgas and own private beach, breakfast was very good.

The beds were uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at the Primoretz Hotel, and while the experience was pleasant overall, I found that the room was not well-adapted to modern technology needs. One of the main issues was the lack of sufficient electrical sockets. For example, on my side of the bed, there was only one socket, which was used for the night lamp. This meant I had to unplug the lamp in order to charge my phone, leaving the room even darker than it already was. The lighting itself was limited—just a few lamps: two bedside lamps, one desk lamp, and another in the living area. There was a central light in the corridor, but it had a warm, dim glow that didn’t provide enough illumination, especially since the room’s furniture and overall design leaned toward a darker ambiance. Having to unplug a lamp just to charge a phone made the room feel even less well-lit and convenient. Another challenge was the placement of mirrors and sockets. The desk area, for example, didn’t have a mirror, and the mirror in the corridor was in a poorly lit area. This made tasks like styling hair or doing makeup more difficult. Even the bathroom, which had decent lighting and a mirror, lacked a conveniently placed socket for personal devices like a hair dryer or straightener. In the end, while the hotel offered a comfortable stay, the lack of electrical outlets and thoughtful lighting design made it less convenient for a modern, tech-savvy traveler.

First rate hotel

super Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal....Probleme gibt es nicht, es gibt nur Lösungen. es gibt eine Dame im Haus, die sich wirklich um alles kümmert. ich bin mit Krücken angereist, da ich mir vor ein paar Wochen, den Fuß gebrochen habe....für einen Ausflug wurde mir vom Hotel ein Rollstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Mein Mann hatte in unserem Urlaub Geburtstag und es wurde kurzfristig eine kleine Überraschung organisiert. Es blieb kein Wunsch unerfüllt....das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und lecker.

die Betten sind recht hart, die Kissen gar nicht meins und die Besucherritze ist auch nicht sooo toll.... Klagen auf hohem Niveau, da alles andere wirklich gut gepasst hat. der Aufenthalt selber war recht kostenintensiv....aber trotz allem sehr schön

החדרים גדולים ומרווחים, המלון על החוף. בריכה מושלמת אווירה נעימה והצוות אדיב.

בחדרים לא היתה ערכת קפה , מגבות גוף קטנות. רחוק מפעילות חיי הלילה , בערב במלון שקט מאד.
