"Convenient hotel in a beautiful environment/area near to Palermo airport"

Very good hotel with attractive facilities in a very nice environment (hills & beautiful coastal area with historic eye catchers) on a 45 min drive from Palermo airport. Due to seasonal conditions, swimming pool etc could not be used at the time. Breakfast was good and rooms (with balcony) were comfortable.

Lokalizacja super, czystość obiektu też na plus oraz fajny basen.

moje doświadczenie i cena którą zapłaciłem sprawia że pozostał mi niesmak po tym pobycie. Przypadkowo zarezerwowałem pobyt na 2 dni później niż przyjechałem. Jednak hotel bym pusty w ponad 70%. Udało nam się uzgodnić za co byłem wdzięczny że skoro został on opłacony to za „drobną doplata” zmienia mi termin i usadowią mnie w lepszej topologii bo pokój w standardzid który wziąłem w tym terminie podobno już nie jest dostępny. Jednak różnica cenowa przy tej opcji którą dostałem wynosi przy rezerwacji na booking około 30- 40 euro max bo sprawdzałem. Ja zostałem obciążony kosztem dodatkowo 90 euro (pobyt 2 dniowy) co było praktycznie 40% dopłata wartości mojego całego pobytu dodatkowo. Zrozumiałbym że wynika to z mojego błędu z terminem gdyż miałem kilka noclegów w trakcie pobytu na Sycylii jednak poza mną widziałem zaledwie kilka osób w hotelu i był on w zdecydowanej większości pusty.
