Great location, good value and helpful staff

Slightly inconvenient that you had to ring the buzzer to enter rather than coming and going as you please

Basic rooms but perfectly comfortable! Beds have 4 fleecy blankets on. We had a shared bathroom and you only shared with one other room. Absolutely spotlessly clean! The bathroom was cleaned before we even got up. We had washing done, which was done in just a few hours and smelt great. Breakfast was really good value. Definitely recommend paying a small price for this. The location was good, bars and restaurants close by. Easy to get into the old town. Bus terminal a little but far but very easy to get a bus too. Hotel itself very safe and secure with a gate and locked door which is manned 24/7. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Wifi a bit patchy at times but was really an issue.

Good location, with a lot of restaurants nearby. Good wifi speed. Clean and silent room, and confortable bed. Worths the price.

Staff was never at the reception, to open the door.

It was the best hostel where we stayed in during the whole trip in South America. A bed is very comfortable. The room has a big wardrobe where you can put your clothes in. The bathroom is just next to your door and you share it only with two other guests so we never had to wait in line. Hot water. Cleaning service every day and fresh towels. Quiet area at night so you can rest properly. Breakfast is available for an extra price (we didn't try it out). Friendly and polite staff. Very safe hostel.

The kitchen could be renovated and could have a bigger dining area for guests who don't order breakfast.

Comfy beds, very secure, good amenities!

Had an issue with our laundry where it all came back unwashed - or at least part of the laundry was definitely unwashed - and it was hard to figure out what happened! They re washed it for us but we had to stay up quite late for it to be done as we were leaving the next day so wasn’t ideal.

Very clean and friendly staff.

I found the area around the inn to feel unsafe but other than that amazing stay and amazing service
