Molfetta Beach Hotel

Stayed at the Molfetta in August along with 2 friends. The hotel is 5 yards from the beach and 2 minutes to the town. Check-in only took a couple of minutes and we were given rooms 204 and 205 which also had a separate room with balcony which we could share. Both these rooms had views of the beach, outside bar and street into town. The hotel does not have a pool but is so close to the beach it didnt bother us at all. Gouvia is a small town with plenty of bars and restaurants although the beach is stony but clean.

Clean room with good shower room air con and tv nothing bad to say but don't expect 5 star as your not paying five star prices. Breakfast nice with plenty of choice for all tastes, Entertainment most evenings with a good on site restaurant serving the normal Greek resort holiday fair, beach is close but stony best hire a scooter and explore the island

Hotel tres agréable en bord de plage. Le personnel est disponible et de bons conseils pour les visites et activités. La chambre légèrement petite pour 3 était très propre et bien équipée. Gouvia est tres centrale sur l'île et tres bien desservie : bus et bateaux.

Upon arrival we were informed it was our lucky night. We were upgraded to the suite. This sounds sweet... but the sounds from the active bar below were not so sweet until the wee hours of the morning. A couple hours later the sun is shinning as bright as can be into the room, and there is no escape. The sheers let light in and the "blinds" were noting more than see through loose bamboo. The world has a full view of you if you take advantage of the nice tub next to the window or if you stand up at night and you have any light on. (Sorry for anyone in the restaurant or bar who had to endure seeing my big ol' pasty white butt through the windows!) On the one entertainment night we were really looking forward to the Greek dancers... they were not there instead the Soccer final was on in a corner of the bar and loud music was being played in the area the dancers would have been. To top all of this off... the location in NOT the same place as shown on the map... it is actually in an inlet next to the marina... not on the sea. The location was close to the beach, great food, and public transportation. I would not stay here again.

Grazioso albergo in una bella baia a pochi passi dal mare e a pochi km da Corfù. Sonno disturbato perché è in una zona di passaggio. Ottima l'escursione consigliata. Personale cordiale. Consigliato!

The room is very simple, basic, The hotel location is excelent, near the beach, close to bus station, the restaurant is good, and the staff is very nice.

Enjoyed my stay at Molfetta beach hotel. Location was perfect for the beach and Restaurants. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially with arranging taxi's or info about boat trips etc. I was very pleased with my room as it overlooked the beach. Room had air con at no extra expense. Entertainment at hotel was good most nights. Food at the hotel was good, whether it be a snack or evening meal. Only disappointment was paying for sun loungers on beach as so close to hotel they could have been included for guests!

Just a short ways from Corfu town, very well connected for transport - whether you take the local bus, or the inter-village bus system or want to rent a car, it's all right there in Gouvia. The hotel itself is on a great water location spot with a beach, near lots of shopping, restaurants, tavernas and cafes in mere moments you can leisurely stroll to...as well as entertainment and activities to partake in. They have many recommendations. Enjoyed the style and spaciousness of the room...(the bed was very firm to get used to, but this can be very typical in Greece) and the breakfast was delicious. The staff is always helpful to answer questions to assist with planning your day and getting around as easily as possible. The other guests were friendly as well, and it was easy as a solo traveler to strike up a conversation over breakfast or a drink in the evening at the hotel bar. It was a lovely stay.

We had a superb stay with lovely staff and lovely hotel surroundings and location. The rooms are spacious and clean and well maintained. The bar and restaurant staff were great in the evenings. The entertainment was a bit of a let down but better weather may improve the experience. We highly recommend the hotel in all other ways and would certainly return.
