Cabin was clean and by the look recently renovated ( slight smell of paint) Ease of key pick up was good Great ammenities

No where to put toiletry bags in bathroom Needs a shelf

Deluxe 2 bedroom cabin. Large size, comfortable.

Booked and paid for 6 arrived late and had to make 4 beds ourselves while kids were crying for bed. (Imagine having to make 4 beds after a 6 hour drive and paying the $$$ for each extra person) then couldn’t get any wifi on any of our own devices nor their smart tvs. Rang and had to leave a message and no one ever got back to me. Im not normally a negative review person but as a mother/ parent I’m sure you can understand our frustration.

We had a lovely stay at the caravan park. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. On arrival we were accidentally given the wrong key, so we couldn’t access our cabin at first, but the team resolved the issue quickly and were very helpful throughout. Overall, great service!

Unfortunately, the cabin had a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom for our entire stay. It was bad enough that we had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times, and with the bed directly next to the bathroom, the smell was unavoidable and made us feel unwell. This significantly impacted our stay.

The location, the amenities and the peace and quiet. The local clubs have courtesy buses.
